REOs Open

March 12, 2008
REOs Open!

Saturday, May 24, join WREI for REOs Open! We're going inside several REO homes, including at least one NOT YET ON THE MARKET!

We'll be we walking through these properties, finding faults and then we'll sit down and analyze them to determine things like repair costs, holding costs, selling costs, etc.

Who knows? Once done, you may want to submit offers on these properties! And maybe you can find a partner in the other people attending.

We'll meet at the first property at 10AM and finish by 4PM. Lunch will be provided.

You must pre-register for this event as space is limited!
